Keepaa provides a digital platform for group savings, goal management, and financial collaboration. Our services include:

  • Direct debit and card payment processing
  • KYC (Know Your Customer) verification services

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a resident of the United Kingdom
  • Have a valid UK bank account
  • Complete our KYC verification process
  • Provide accurate and complete information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Financial Services and Regulations

Keepaa operates under UK financial regulations. By using our Service, you acknowledge:

  • We are authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
  • Your funds are protected under the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)
  • We comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
  • We are subject to data protection laws including GDPR

5. Payment Processing and Fees

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our PCI DSS compliant payment processor. You agree to:

  • Authorize transactions initiated through our platform
  • Pay any applicable fees as disclosed
  • Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice.

6. KYC and Identity Verification

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be suspended
  • We will process any pending transactions
  • We will return any remaining funds to your registered bank account
  • We will retain records as required by law

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct negotiation with our customer service team
  2. Financial Ombudsman Service (if eligible)
  3. Court proceedings in England and Wales

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
